About the machine
You guide it, the machine cracks
The cleaner travels along the slats of the grid mounted in the laser and cracks slag, scale and dross off both sides of the slat. Its 2300 W motor handles build-up from high-power lasers — up to 30 kW.

How it works
Four steps to a clean grid
- 01
Roll up to the laser
The machine weighs 23 kg and rides on wheels with a guide arm — one person sets it up, no forklift.
- 02
Set it on the grid
It works on slats mounted in the machine, with spacing from just 33 mm. Nothing gets dismantled.
- 03
Guide it along the slat
Push or pull — the knives crack slag off both sides of the slat, down to the very bottom.
- 04
Move to the next one
Slat by slat, at around 1 m per minute — without stopping the laser.
